I have a passion for design, and an eye for great webpage and blog design. However, my interest in creating high quality Wordpress blog themes did not develop as a pass time or a hobby, but as a necessity.

In my endeavors as a blogger, I found that many of the free themes available on the web were not suitable for my blogging needs. It was tough to find a free business-centered theme that looked professional without looking stiff and corporate. Then, when I needed a good personal blog theme, they were too busy or too boring, and the color schemes were lacking as well. As a trained artist and a pretty skilled coder, I felt like I might have a place in the Wordpress design world. Wordpress Themes By Icy is that place!
